Car Free Night Track Is Only Until Semanggi

Jakarta Transportation Dept along with Polda Metro Jaya had agreed to hold Car Free Night from Patung Kuda until Semanggi. The policy has been considering various ways, one of which is the safety factor.

Jakarta Transportation Dept Head, Andri Yansyah disclosed there are some options in closing the road during Car Free Night. Then there was agreement about road closure only until Semanggi.

"We've agreed that will hold Car Free Night from Patung Kuda until Semanggi. Along the road will be closed," he disclosed, Wednesday (12/28).

Here Is Traffic Diversion During Car Free Night

He explained, the initial road closure will be similar with Car Free Day that usually held on Sunday, that is from Patung Kuda until Senayan Roundabout. But the distance is deemed too far. Considering there will be five stages set up in such area.

"It is due to far distance and security factor. Thus we shorten it until Semanggi," he stated.

The five stages that will be set up are located at Monas's futsal field, Gedung Jaya Jalan Thamrin, HI Roundabout Jalan Imam Bonjol, Chase Plaza Setia Budi Jalan Sudirman and junction of Benhil Jalan Sudirman.
